Yes, apply to each role separately. Different teams, different conversations. We'd rather see you focused on the one that fits best than spread across three.

How long until I hear back?

Within 15 days of every step, yes or no, with concrete feedback. This is a commitment, not a target. If we ever miss it, ping us.

What language are the interviews in?

Depends on the role. Most conversations happen in English; some commercial roles run in Spanish. The job page tells you which.

Do you sponsor visas?

Case-by-case, and yes, we've done it before. The decision depends on the role, the seniority, and the timing. Ask in your first call.
